this property has 140 large one bedroom suites and is
located 4 miles to the phoenix sky harbor international
airport. it is also convenient to scottsdale shopping/
asu stadium/campus/ the phoenix zoo and the botanical
gardens. it is surrounded by a multitude of fine
restaurants and some of the finest golf courses in
arizona. we are only 1/4 mile from the loop which
connects to the i-10 freeway.
the pool is heated and along with a jacuzzi located in
the center of the beautifully landscaped courtyard. there
are 8 gas bar-b-ques affording the guests the
opportunity to bar-b-que outside of their suites
enjoying arizona-s fine evenings. each suite has a full
kitchen including microwave oven/ refrigerator/ stove/
dishwasher/ cd player/ safe/ iron and board/ hairdryer
and coffee maker. the property offers a complimentary guest
laundry/ fitness room/ food cupboard/ full local phone
calls/ 25cent soft drinks and an expanded continental
breakfast.

-from phoenix sky harbor airport/phx-
exit airport onto loop 202 east. travel approximately
3 miles east and exit scottsdale road. turn left at the
signal at bottom of ramp and drive approximately 1/4 mile
north. hotel is on the right side of the street.
-from downtown phoenix-
take the i-10 freeway east to the loop 202 east. travel
approximately 6 miles to the scottsdale road exit. turn
left at the signal at the bottom of the off ramp and
drive approximately 1/2 mile to hotel. located on the
right hand side of the street.
-from flagstaff arizona-
take the i-17 freeway south to the i-10 freeway east.
from the i-10 continue east on the 202 loop and travel
approximately 6 miles to the scottsdale road exit. turn
left at the signal at the bottom of the ramp and drive
north for approximately 1/4 mile to the hotel. the hotel
is located on the right hand side of the road.
-from tucson arizona-
take the i-10 west towards phoenix. exit on the 143
freeway north. take freeway north to the 202 loop east.
take the 202 loop east to the scottdale road off ramp.
turn left at the bottom of the ramp and travel
approximately 1/4 mile north to the hotel which is on the
right side of the street.
