  Property Policies
Guarantee Policies: In the event of cancellation, a non-refundable fee of $20.00 (USD) will be applied. This is in addition to any penalties which may applied by the hotel due to their cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policies: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date and by 3PM, local hotel's time. It is understood that Guest's are responsible for all incidental room charges. Guest's will be asked to present a credit card or $50 cash deposit at time of check-in as a security deposit toward incidental and telephone charges. There is a $1/day telephone service charge for unlimited local and toll-free access calls, a fee of $1.50/day for in-room safes (Tower Rooms Only) and $3.50/night energy charge. These fees are payable directly to the Hotel by Guest.
